Grants Pass Growers' Market (Local 501(c)(3) organization) is looking for a well-organized, self-motivated individual with a passion for community and local agriculture. The prime candidate will possess excellent communication skills relating to constructive problem solving, strategic planning and negotiations with various government agencies. Applicant should have an interest in issues affecting farmers and public health laws. Grant writing skills a plus but not required. A working knowledge of cross media advertising & web page maintenance necessary. MIcroSoft Office (Word, Excel) experience required. Familiarity with a computer graphics application extremely helpful. This person must be willing to work outside in all types of weather while being supportive to clients and customers alike. Some manual labor required, ability to lift 50 lbs., have valid Oregon Drivers License, auto insurance and a vehicle with ability to tow small trailer. This is a salaried position with pay commensurate with experience.
